    Very relaxing end to our stay!

    My wife and I had such a great time at Hilton Los Cabos! The property is very spacious and inviting. Truly a beautiful spot. I wanted to give a shoutout to Amador at Sotol and Mauricio and Francisco at Vela. They made the experience extraordinary and were so kind and thoughtful, and truly were standout employees. 10/10 for them especially!

    Outstanding Service and a Great Family Experience

    We recently spent five days at Hilton Los Cabos and had a wonderful stay. This is a very nice Hilton property that does an excellent job catering to conferences and group events. During our stay, there were three different groups on property, yet the resort still felt well-managed and enjoyable for leisure travelers. The rooms are quite nice—comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained—though I would describe them as upscale rather than ultra-luxury. One of the highlights for our family was the availability of connecting rooms, which gave our family of four extra space and privacy while still allowing us to stay connected. I also loved the nightly aromatherapy. Pool chair availability can be limited during busy periods, but there were always plenty of beach chairs available. The food was a pleasant surprise. Both breakfast and dinner were consistently excellent, and one of the most memorable experiences was having the resort prepare our freshly caught fish for dinner. It was a unique touch that made our vacation even more special. The fitness center is indoors and well-equipped, although somewhat average in size compared to other resort properties. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to help throughout our stay. A special thank you to the concierge team in Altamar, who provided exceptional service, especially Neshme, Arely and Jocelyn. If you're considering this property, I highly recommend upgrading to the Altamar experience. The added level of service and amenities made a noticeable difference and enhanced our overall stay. Overall, Hilton Los Cabos delivers a comfortable, family-friendly resort experience with excellent dining, outstanding service, and a great location.

    This is our second trip to Hilton Los Cabos resort. The resort is lovely. The food is spectacular. Our first visit, last November, was for business. And the events team was responsive and delightful. Tania Manzon was very helpful setting up our small business meeting. We loved it so much, we came back in May for pure vacation. It was the perfect vacation. Good food. Sleeping in. Amazing service. I highly recommend you spend an afternoon on chaise lounges on the beach. (This is one the very few resorts in Cabo Mx hat has a swimmable beach! Heavy wave action but swimmable.). Our beach waiter was Cesar Garcia. He was attentive, friendly, and very kind with my novice Spanish. Lots of people hang out at the plentiful pool areas at this resort but I highly recommend spending some time in the sand. We will be back. It's fabulous all around.

    Excellent

    We both had an excellent time and really highly rated the hotel and room. It's a perfect location and has a great beach and pool area, especially the adult only pool area which had a level of calmness and serenety. Hector offered great service at the pool and service all round was great. There were a couple of negative points but they would not stop us visiting again. Namely, no coffee making equipment in the room. (come on guys) and the main restaurant did not have great service the day that we arrived. They wanted to help but maybe we caught these guys in training. We did not go back to that one but there are a few other great restaurants (Vela) which was excellent and had truely first class service. Thanks and see you guys next year.
