enjoyed the hotel, and most staff, Carlos of entertainment team was only sore spot. Close to shops and town. enjoyed the adult pool with views of cruise ships, .a la carte restaurants were great, , very rough walking surfaces. higher floors give you reat views of the island

Beautiful luxury hotel
Great place (and large site), very clean, friendly staff, good food (buffet + restaurants). Rooms are very nice. Might be a bit expensive so shop for the best price at the best period. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the loud music / shows at the end of the evening between 21h00 and 23h00. Since it's close to the hotel room area, we can hear the music (and the bass) in the room, preventing people from sleeping (well in my case anyway, I'm an early bird.) The room is very comfy and they have WIFI everywhere... I mean everywhere, even on the beach ! Good experience in general.

This is a very pretty resort, comfortable, clean, well-maintained, well-located, pretty, with very courteous staff. However, the food was universally awful. In addition, we did not appreciate having to get up early just to claim a lounge chair.

This resort is in serious need of an upgrade to their plumbing, fixtures and showers, and mattress replacement. You will more than likely experience cold food on all the buffets. Even eating in the appointed restaurants resulted in barely warm food. The best food we had was in the Bikini Bar. Staff is very friendly, but the language barrier was difficult to navigate. There are far better resorts on the island with better food and amenities, all for roughly the same price.
