This was a really lovely hotel, I would definitely stay here again! (ROOM) I stayed in a one bedroom garden view suite I think, with my two sisters. We had two double beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. It had enough closet space and a mini fridge kitted out with drinks mainly. The drink options were mainly carbonated soft drinks and beer, so I do wish we they had iced tea or something not carbonated. The sheets were clean and they left us plenty of towels. The only downside being they didn't replenish our hand soap despite cleaning the room. (LOCATION) The resort itself was amazingly designed. They have 4-5 hotels within the compound, so it's like a massive estate. Each hotel is suited for certain types of people, so there is something for everyone. We stayed at the Select which was mainly adults. (STAFF) The staff were all very sweet, their training is clearly very consistent. They are all very respectful, personable and eager to help and please. We didn't have a single bad experience with the staff! Shoutout to Benton and John the bartenders, who executed a birthday surprise for me with a cake and some champagne! They email you during your stay to offer feedback and also have an app where you can report issues, which are resolved within 12 hours. So they really care about their clientele. They have buggies easily accessible to take you around the resort. The only downside I would say is, if there are no buggies available, the Travel Club buggy drivers will not take you. (VALUE) The hotel stay is of incredible value! You have access to most of the hotels but one, The Turquesa. But they even offered us a free lunch and a $100 credit towards spa activities there, so it didn't feel like you were missing out. The resort is so large and spacious, so even if it is busy , you cannot really tell. (FOOD/DRINKS/ALL INCLUSIVE) The all-inclusive nature is better than most. They really try with the food at the buffets. As someone who is fairly picky with food and flavour, the food actually tasted very good and there were so many options. The drinks and cocktails are in abundance! The cocktails range from traditional mixes to sweet slushies, so again, something for everyone. They have great restaurants and food options throughout. Our favourites were the Pizza To Go, which was fresh-baked pizzas from a professional oven; the gelato from the Gelateria and Sumptuori, the teppanyaki restaurant. The other cuisines were nice, not totally authentic but again suitable for most palates. (BEACH/POOL ACCESS) They have so many pools and a huge amount of access to the beach, so you never really struggle to find somewhere to lay out. They have towels in abundance and lots of activities in and around the pools. The only downside I would say are the vendors on the beach don't really leave you alone. Overall, it was a really great stay. Super comfortable and relaxing! We felt very well taken care of!

Honestly this place is amazing. Friendly staff housekeeping, bellboys, bar staff, restaurant waiters and chefs all amazing. TO THE BIG BOSSES AT PALLADIUM - Well done you have an amazing team. We have been to Ibiza, Dominican palladium hotels next year our hotel will be a Palladium hotel 100%

Excellent Customer Service
Maritza and Edward Sosa have been wonderful help our whole stay here!! Edward help me organize a whole proposal for my new fiancé. Everything from a private location to romantic dinner on the beach and the room was fully decorated!! Maritza was there for us and answered all questions and helped us navigate the property with ease. She also made our check out service easy. Both butlers was the best we ever had at any of the resorts we have stayed at this far!!! Thanks Guys
