Apr 22, 2026My least favorite all inclusive in Punta Cana
I stayed at the property in Punta Cana. The atmosphere was great. Property as green. The staff were not very customer service oriented. They passed you without a greeting. Some staff did not speak English so many questions went unanswered. The Air conditioner in the room didn't get cold. Food was not good 4/10. I had to call every day for clean washcloths. Lounge Chairs were held before 6 am! The ceiling in the restroom started to leak our last night. I would not visit this property again.

The terrace door was broken throughout the stay. You didn't fix it even though I asked you every day. jacuzzi didn't work. bathtub plug broken no cleaning at all

We made the best of it. You would expect at a Caribbean resort to be greeted with a drink, which we had been before at other resorts, and it was barely a welcome. You would also expect fruit in drinks, that didnt happen. Also music at the pool, that should be a thing, it was not here. No activites at the pool. I asked 3x for champagne for my husbands birthday and they confirmed 3x they would do it. They did not and when I asked on the day, I was told that the housekeeping does it between 1-3 however when I asked it was 5pm and housekeeping hadnt been to our room yet. Night one the AC barely worked and then was sub par at best for the next 6 nights. Food was OK, nothing special. Japanese was the best meal by far. Reservations were tough to get for dinner. I would steer clear of this resort.

Not worth the money
Rooms dark, pillows felt cheap. Food at restaurants were mediocre. Hot food cold, cold foods hot. Got sick twice from Behique buffet. The best restaurant was El Dorado. Steak was delicious. You know the food at a resort is bad if the best thing to eat there are the French fries. If you don’t bring the ticket to your reservation they will not honor your reservation, even if you give them your name and they see your name on the list nor will they wait for you to get the ticket. I thought the ticket was my receipt not a ticket to actually get into the restaurant. That wasn’t explained when booking the reservation. Venders are harassing when walking by them when trying to get to the pool or restaurant. They say room service is free and included, but it’s not. It’s $18. They don’t have quality liquor and run out of liquor. Food was bad, many in our group got sick, no option for quality or name brand liquors, you get harassed by vendors on the resort and room dark, bathtubs weird and pillows cheap.
