    Wonderful stay

    We enjoyed the all inclusive and would definitely go back. The service was great and the food was delicious. We loved the coffee and espresso martinis!

    Dissatisfied

    Overall, we were dissatisfied with our stay. The male staff were very inappropriate and consistently made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable with their comments and gestures.

    Sometimes wow most of the time meh

    Oh the stories I could write about the "sales presentation" pitched to us as a tour of the hotel. Wasting one day of my vacation even though I told them early on I wouldn't sign or buy anything... That was the cherry on the cake.

    Perfect stay

    Absolutely amazing experience! Everything about this place is beautiful, from the rooms to the surroundings. It truly feels like a dream vacation. The hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in — everything is clean, well organized, and designed with great attention to detail. The food is incredible, with a wide variety of options and excellent quality every day. Honestly, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The staff is great — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. Overall, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

    May be a little to big of a resort for some

    Nice resort with plenty of options for activities, pools, food and a great beach. Our room had some water damage around the shower and it caused a moldy smell. Vendors are way too push as well but you just need to be firm with them. Overall the resort is beautiful and we had a fun trip with family and friends.
