    Fabulous Dining Experience

    Juan at Risotto was extraordinary. Extremely knowledgeable about the whole menu and made us feel at home both nights we ate with him. Highly recommend the restaurant and especially the waiter Juan.

    Good times! Good food!

    We had the best time. Jose, Roberto, and Cruz at the breakfast buffet made every meal magical for us and our kids. Alfredo at the pool took incredible care of us. We were never without food or drinks, he was on top of every need working at inhuman speeds. We had a huge group that would be difficult to serve most places and they made sure we always sat together with excellent attention and service. They made it a truly wonderful time.

    We travel every April to an all-inclusive destination, but never have we tried Grand Fiesta Americanas. You all are top notch. The hospitality, food and cleanies was off the chart. I walked early every morning and you never saw any trash, an empty class/cup. The propery is kept immaculate. The staff seemed truly gracious that we were their guest and always extending next level service. I have high expectiaitons regarding dinng and travel, you all set a new standard for all-inclusive resorts. Thank you to the entire team at Los Cabos!

    Fabulous resort!!

    The staff everywhere at the pool at the restaurants are so very kind and extremely accommodating. Alfredo at poolside was our favorite 🤩 server he was amazing! The wait staff Jose was extraordinary as was the rest of the wait staff Cruz and Roberto . We have returned to this resort because we always enjoy the time here!! Already planning for next year🌟
