The entertainment was very good. The lobby bartenders were the best, Mauricio and Isailas. Pool service was great too, especially Angel. Front desk was helpful, especially Maniona

I want to thank Capitan Vermon and Santos along with Rigoberto and Jair. They make you feel welcome and make sure you’re taken care of. Hostess Paula is great! Super friendly and always welcoming. To the rest of the staff, chef Fernando and Chef Francisco, we appreciate the food you make and your attention to detail! Waiters, Raul, Alfredo, Alexander, Manuel, Nino! Making sure are drinks are always topped up and fresh. Bar staff/waitresses Abran, Lizeth, Leo, Hector, Roldan. Amazing and always around when you need them! Concierge Marcelino! Thank you! Bellman Benamar and Alejandro thank you 2. If you need to go anywhere they will get a taxi for you or shuttle you between hotels. Entertainment staff Roxy, Yahir, Santana! Thank for making the pool side games fun! If I forgot anyone my apologies as everyone is amazing! Thanks again and see you next time! 16 years of enjoyment at this hotel!

Excellent as always
Awesome as always..Vermon is AMAZING and little Paula. The staff in the GR are friendly and helpful and always have a smile for us. Manuel glad to see Chef Alexandro, & fransico.. the entertainment staff Jiar Roxy lots of fun… so many staff we loved our stay

Awesome week
Returned on April 15th after a great week at GR Solaris. The staff were very good. Rosa was a great asset to the Entertainment team, loved her water aerobics! Roldan made excellent flaming coffees and was a hardworking and friendly server! We found the food to be very good at the buffet and we loved the Mexican specialty restaurant. Drinks were very good as well with Mango Margerita being a favorite of mine. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The evening entertainment was really great, especially yhe African Circus and the Dreamland Disney show. Overall a great week! Only complaint would be we could only go in the ocean once due to high waves...no fault of the hotel though. We would definitely return!

Best massage ever
My husband and I had a couple massage with Letitia and Lili outside.. We get massages at home quite often. and these are, by far, the best we’ve ever had. So relaxing!
