We had a great relaxing week stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and well maintained. The weather was warm in the 80's the entire week. The poolside activities and service from JJ was excellent!!

Best Birthday Week
We celebrated my husband’s 50th and niece’s 18th birthday and it was such an amazing time. The staff is incredible (especially Fabian from concierge and Diego from the lobby bar). The food at this resort is incredible, drinks are amazing, and the service is fantastic.

Experience of the hotel
I was there to celebrate my birthday and I really had a good time over there. The atmosphere was nice, food was fantastic lots of vegetarian options to choose from in the buffet. Staff were amazing, especially ENRIQUE. He made a special drink for my birthday! Also, I don’t know if it helps or not but the staff on the front desk were really helpful as I lost my AirPods and they helped me to find it. Overall, it was such a great experience for me and my partner. We are definitely visiting again!!!

Amazing total experience
Enrique from the market was an amazing employee who goes above and beyond to be friendly and kind to my family. It made our experience very enjoyable. We loved our whole experience at this resort. Very clean and all staff are so helpful, pleasant and friendly! Restaurants are bar none. The manager of the Mexican restaurant Eladio always goes above and beyond to make our family welcome. I can't wait until our next trip!!!
