We came for a wedding this week. It was a beautiful time. The service was incredible. The food was very good. Our rehearsal dinner food was hindered by some under cooked tortillas, and a few members of the party were sick and needed to see a doctor. Outside of this, the service was amazing. Shoutout Hugo (bell hop) Eder and Carlos (waiters) and Ricardo (Bluewater grill). They are awesome.

The beach was the only downside. A ton of seaweed...so you couldn't really get in the Ocean water. Pool didn't have a jacuzzi that got hot. Other than that...this place is amazing. Great staff, view, clean, attentive, good food options. Highly recommend just be aware that the beach is not really usable. You have to go to different resort or island to have "beach time."

I didn't like anything about this resort. The appearance isn't inviting. There was an horrible egg smell the entire time. Food was absolutely the worst. The soda is can its from a grocery store bottle that was flat. The mixed drinks had a splendor after taste. Its boring no entertainment or activities. Excursions are pricey. Only good thing was room service. The food was hot and cooked well.

Awesome experience!
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the ultimate respect by the staff. In the evening, we had our first encounter with some of the staff at the bar and got to know Juan the bartender who was funny intelligent, and made us feel at home. Through the week as we encountered more of the staff, we started to feel an attitude of love from all that we encountered we got to know, Jorge and Jason who were great people and treat us like family. All through our stay by so many of the staff including waiters who sang to our baby grandson, the cleaning ladies, Victor in the front, and just everyone made our family have a great experience. We actually will miss them. The food was amazing and the facilities and shows were fun. We had an awesome time

Awesome Dreams hotel.
This was my first visit to a UVC hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations. From a logistical standpoint, the check-in and concierge integration were remarkably efficient. The property balances high-end infrastructure with an intuitive service model that anticipates guest needs. It’s rare to find a resort that manages to marry luxury aesthetics with such a disciplined approach to hospitality management.
