Great holiday in a lovely hotel. Locstion is good ss can walk to nearest village of Puerto Morelos. Activities offered are good - loved bike tour with Rafael and archery with Eduardo who were super guides. Definitely worth paying for Preferred Club as main pool can be manic / noisy but was calm and relaxing at the adult pool! The A la carte restaurants are all great offering good service snd food - Leo in the Asian restaurant was wonderful! The only downside is the Sargussum on the beach which is not the hotel’s fault and they do their best to clear but it does prevent you going into the sea.

Epic wedding experience!
We had our wedding at Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa and had an amazing experience. Our coordinator was incredible from start to finish. She kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure every detail was handled, including special requests. We planned for over a year and worked closely with the wedding team to make sure everything came together perfectly. The events were beautiful and well organized, and our guests had a great time. The DJ did a great job keeping the energy up and the dance floor was full all night. The food, service, and amenities were all excellent. Guests especially enjoyed the restaurants, room service, and activities around the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful across the board, and everything felt very well coordinated. We also really enjoyed the spa experience and the variety of things to do throughout the stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely return. We highly recommend this resort for a wedding or vacation!

Horrible hotel, very dirty and outdated even tho being presented as "remodel" boring and food is low quality. Very rude staff. Beach was empty because no one was able to use it due to seaweed. The entire hotel smells like rotten seaweed. Room was missing a lot of stuff, coffee cups. robes. slippers and the hot tub in the balcony was dirty.
