    Location, location, location

    One of the best resort we have been to. The location( calm sea, sunsets, snorkeling, lots of palm trees, food) was excellent. The only improvement they really need is program and scheduling of nightly entertainment.

    Dreams was nightmare

    Customer service was excellent in terms of the effort of the people working there. Food and drinks horrible. The alcohol is "bottom Shelf". The food was flavorless and at times inedible. The rooms were nice because it is fairly new. I would not go there again. Stay away!

    Just be better.

    Don’t get your hopes too high for this one. Average at best, and I mean average. This definitely is the motel 6 of resorts. For what they charge, they won’t meet expectations. People were great, service was good. Resort condition needs improved, food average at best, most of the time it was warm to cool at best. If you want to overpay and your expectations aren’t high, this is your place. Simply, do better Dreams, your resort should match your price.

    Beautiful little hotel, very शांत and peaceful, yet the entertainment is excellent and the staff is top-notch! Above all, the hotel’s greatest asset is Ervin—charismatic, respectful, and funny. Not quite as good as me at volleyball, but I taught him well 😅 Thank you for this wonderful week at Dreams!

    Everything was perfect for us. Excellent value, the staff spoiled us rotten. I have read reviews describing the buffet menu as limited. Actually, if you want to eat what you eat in the USA or Canada, indeed the choices might not be as extensive. The choices of authentic local fare are outstanding. Creative desserts. Attentive service. Shout out to the World Cafe Staff: Yanely always found the perfect table for us. Virginia did an excellent job in the evening. The waiters were all gracious and prompt. Antonio, Francisco, Amado, Angel, Carolina, Julio. Catalina made the check in a breeze. If you want a good chair on the beach, be there very early. Our server on the beach was also outstanding (should have noted her name.) Wish there were some English language channels on TV (says the guy that tells people they should embrace the local fare.) Be aware that when there are cruise ships in town, you might not be able to get a cab at the hotel, so book your trip back to the Airport ahead of time. The room was well maintained, the bed was good. Learn how to adjust the AC.
