A MUST Stay for the Family!
This resort was a 10/10! The staff was so friendly, and the food and events were top notch. The pool and beach area are stunning! This resort is very clean and has a ton to do for the whole family. Will definitely return!

The food was excellent. The resort is on a hill and it’s a lot of up and downhill to get to the beach and pools/ restaurants. The staff is very friendly. The noise level if staying in an interior room was very disappointing- other guests were quite disrespectful of noise in the middle of the night . The beach is not very swimmable or conducive to little kids. The water park was nice and a good addition. The pool choices were also great. There is plenty of seating by the pools and plenty of towels which is better than other resorts,however, the chairs and quite uncomfortable.

Made my daughter’s bday special
Alma, Alessi and Fernanda at the Cafe Mita went above and beyond their duties to help me make my daughter’s birthday extra special, by getting me a custom dessert - which she absolutely loved!! Thank you so much, ladies!!!

Fun time
The facility was excellent. I used the spa which was superb! The bar in the preferred reception was excellent as was the bartender.
