We are grandparents and went with our kids to watch the baby since it was a destination wedding Not a fan of the place for the following reasons We felt the architectural design was poor We understand it’s an all inclusive, but the drink mixes were not tasty The check in staff at registration we’re not friendly I don’t normally do reviews, but this was not a place that I will return

Great resort!!!!!
Writing We had an amazing week at the resort. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The restaurants were fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the buffet. The zip lining was a big hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it!

Apr 18, 2026Went for a wedding, got super sick due to unsanitary conditions, and won't go back
Our check-in was brutal. Did not get a room under 10pm and we got a king room for 4 of us (3adults and 1 child as per the resorts guidelines). Completely unacceptable. Even though they moved us the next day, the only thing offered was a late check-out, after MUCH complaining. We fell ill after poor cleanliness of the cups at the swim up bar. There was one bartender, serving many guests, with no help in cleaning the cups/dishes/blender/shaker etc. NOT happy with how sick we were and we lost 3 days from our week long trip that cost us $12,000.00. Extremely dissapointed in something that could have been 100% preventable. No one at the front desk or concierge service offered any type of assistance, except the wonderful cleaning ladies who disinfected our room so our kids didn't also get sick. Would not return. We've been to dozens of high end resorts and these are the BASICS. Not handled properly. Reservation were completely confusing. No one went over the process for making a reservation leading us to have to line up at 545pm each day to get a table for our larger group. Some employees tried to charge me $1000 USD to make a reservation - what? Completely insane... Food was the same but offered in multiple restaurants throughout the resort. THe food at the japanese place was not even edible (the pad thai and odon noodle bowl specifically).

Great experience
We had a great time at this resort, it’s very beautiful and the food was really good for inclusive. Adiel and Fabian in particular were awesome at the pool with all the activities and games they did!
