We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's the first hotel that I have stayed at where a staff member texted me throughout the stay to make sure things were to our liking. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower was a good size, and I liked the Crabtree and Evelyn bath amenities. We did not use the pool, but we took a look at the pool area, and it was lovely. The valet was excellent and helpful. We ate at the Hawaii Hiking Cafe attached to the hotel for breakfast and it was excellent. There are many good eating places on the block where the hotel is. Some truly great local food. The hotel did not have laundry facilities, but the front desk lady directed me to the 24-hour laundromat close to the hotel and it was great. The warm cookies that they give you are so good! It's a short walk to Waikiki Beach and even close enough to walk to Ala Moana Center (the huge shopping mall). I would definitely stay here again

Spring Break Vacation
Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was Great and Very Attentive to any needs. Enjoyable Experience. Aloha and Mahalo!

The Doubletree was great but my trip was very difficult due to trip interruption because of illness.
