We had a mixed experience. Luis at the adult pool, Gerry and the evening bartender in the 8th floor lounge and Jesus the bell boy were excellent. The majority of the restaurant staff were wonderful as well. The concierge Maria was unhelpful. The reception staff were rude and unable to do their job. They held us up for 45 min during check out due to miscommunication. Finally, the second person who came to help figured out what we had been trying to explain … we had already paid and we were able to head to the airport. The food other than the nightly restaurants was mediocre at best. We started getting our drinks prior to going to the lunch buffet because despite being asked if we wanted drinks, the first two times they never came. The third time, we weren’t even asked. We stopped trying to get breakfast at the buffet after the first morning and went to the members breakfast or the 8th floor lounge for breakfast. We don’t plan on going back and will instead use our membership at other golden shore locations. Overall, I don’t recommend crown paradise Cancún!

Fun, sun and good food.
The staff work tirelessly to ensure guests have a great time. Constantly cleaning and attending to guests needs. Thank you to Fernando for looking after us at lunch and breakfast at Fisherman's.
