  Unbelievable staff

  Huge shoutout to Rickita for organizing an amazing silent headphones dance! The whole experience was unique, fun, and incredibly well put together!!!great vibes from start to finish. Also, Kevin did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. His effort and attention really showed, and it made the night even more enjoyable. Looking forward to the next one!

  Great resort! Great price!

  Beautiful resort. I love how they have the resort divided. An adult side (Harmony, no kids allowed) and a family side. When we had too much noise and action, we headed back over to Harmony and relaxed by the pools there. Rooms were nice. Great accomodations and services. The spa was fantastic. The drinks were strong, the food was decent and the vibes were flowing. We will definately be back.

  Week of perfection!

  We just got home from our second trip to Coconut Bay and couldn’t have had a better experience. There’s so much positive to write about, but I wanted to take the time to highlight a few individuals who truly make the resort feel magical in overall experience. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the amazing women at concierge who quickly learn your name and consistently address you by your name every time they see you on property. They assisted any request we had with an huge smile and made sure our trip was smooth sailing. Our family works out regularly at home so the fitness classes were of priority on our trip. We absolutely adore Vernon and anyone who is able to take a class with him should feel privileged, as he is one of the best instructors we have encountered. He pushes you to persevere through each workout to be your very best, and makes the extra effort to get to know you and engage with you throughout the day- beyond the classes. Coconut Bay is incredibly lucky to have him as their fitness expert. We already miss him working out at home and can’t wait until our next visit to work out with him again. While all wait staff and bartenders are absolutely incredible, Row was truly one of the best! We had extended family traveling with us this trip and she went above and beyond to make the dining experience entertaining and accommodating. Our daughter celebrated her 13th birthday and we specifically requested to have her as our server for our last night because of her incredible demeanor and hospitality. There is no much more I could say about the resort- everything is incredible. What makes us choose this property again and again are the people who work there. They genuinely appreciate having you at Coconut Bay and make sure your stay feels as though you are at home. Having been to other all inclusive resorts, you just can’t get that anywhere else, which is why Coconut Bay will always be at the top of our list!

  Beautiful honeymoon memories made

  Wow. We have no words. Staying at Coconut bay was everything we imagined and more. We came for our honeymoon with our child so opted for the concierge club family room. The VIP check in, the offers and the concierge planning your meals etc. was amazing and to top it off, after a day in the sun, we were welcomed back to our room with a yummy treat each evening. The pools and surrounding areas were so clean and you could tell how hard working all the staff are. Although, everything was amazing there was one thing that we ultimately we have no words for and that was the food… it was OUTSTANDING. We have never been anywhere where all the food is just so tasty, from the omelettes in the morning to the most amazing puddings, I’m still dreaming of the red velvet cake from the treats in in the lobby. Also, it wasn’t our plan for our daughter to go to kids club, but after making some friends she spent a few hours a day in there and we cannot thank the ladies who were with her everyday. They were always so friendly, again they were very hard working and our daughter loved her time with them. Honestly, I could go on and on. We were so happy with our stay, we will definitely be back for a couples stay in harmony.

  We hope to be back

  This was a wonderful resort that we would definitely stay at, again. I loved that there was an adult only side, and a family side. The adult side was so nice. It was quiet, and had the most comfortable chairs and hammocks for reading or sleeping. I think I may have had my deepest sleep, ever, a couple of times in the hammocks. I discovered after a couple of days that the platforms that the chairs are on rotate! If we wanted a more lively experience, we went to the family side. It was much closer than we anticipated - very easy to go back and forth between the two. The family side had fun music and games. I enjoyed doing the water aerobics with Vernon. Vernon is amazing. I also did the 7:30 AM yoga in the gazebo overlooking the ocean 3 times. Totally worth getting up early for. The food was good and there was a nice variety. Drinks at the bar were good, as well. We are from KY, where most bourbon is made. My husband was very pleased with the Woodford Reserve and the Maker's Mark on the bar. I enjoy red wine, and this red wine was better than what I have found in most Caribbean resorts. The cleaning ladies left the sweetest little notes in our room each day. They also left little treats for us to eat. I'm not sure if that's because we stayed in an upgraded room, or if everyone gets that. But, it was so appreciated. My husband and I went down the slide once, just to say we did. It would be a fun place to spend the day with children. There is just so much to love about this resort, I can't possible name it all. We discovered new things each day. We usually like a 5 night vacation, but we wish we would have stayed here 7 nights. It's about 5 minutes from the airport. I've heard other resorts that are further from the airport are easier to get to by helicopter rather than shuttle. I'm glad we didn't have take a helicopter to get across the island. Oh - there is a seaweed problem across the Carribean called Seagasim, but they did a good job trying to keep the beach clear. Be sure to walk towards Paradise Beach and stop at the beach bar there. Loved it there.
