I've been traveling for many years. The staff at coconut bay are the best. So friendly and helpful. The food is delicious too. This is a great place for families. They have separate private accommodations for love birds too. You should give it a try.

Perfect in paradise
We had a wonderful time staying at the Coconut Bay in St Lucia. We were there for a wedding which was fantastic. We couldn't fault anything, food was varied and delicious, staff attentive and friendly, facilities were plentiful and of a high standard. I wanted to make a special mention for our cleaner who went the extra mile. Peggy didn't only clean really well she also left beautiful and inspiring hand written notes every day after she had cleaned, we really looked forward to seeing them.

I normally don’t do reviews unless I have to. But this have to be written. Family of four. Two rooms. Booked through booking.com. Requested one king size and one room with two queen size beds instead of being given just 2 king size beds. We weren’t given the second room til 730 pm. Note: check in was 3 pm. Reason: guest requested late check out. They do reservations upon availability not as per request of the guest which is clearly messed up. Front desk was very rude. Talking to them was like talking to the wall. No eye contact. Rooms were not the greatest. A bit run down. Beds too stiff and worn out. Food was a hit and missed. I have traveled to Bahamas, Bermuda and Mexico. Mexico got it best. We did excursion and spa. They did exceed our expectations. Bottom line: rooms and booking need to be addressed.

Awesome first visit to St Lucia Coconut Bay
Highly recommend staying at Coconut Bay in St Lucia if you are looking for a well kept resort with great food and fantastic people! Lots of pools and great for family. Was not crazy busy in the beginning of June so easy to find a spot at a pool that suits your needs. Renovated rooms on the Concierge Level for Harmony area were so nicely done. Only draw back was no clean beach (lots of seaweed coming in that they continually work to clean). But the food, drinks and staff make up for it. Also, 5 minute ride from the airport so it’s very close to transportation but further from major city for shopping (if that’s what’s important to you). Big thanks to Shekina, Dillon, Lester, Attie, Leonora, and Evelyn for showing us the Island spirit that makes you feel so welcome!

May 31, 2026Incredible staff and facilities, but the rooms deeply let down our "holiday of a lifetime"
We recently returned from what was meant to be a holiday of a lifetime. While parts of our stay were truly wonderful, we left feeling incredibly mixed due to the poor standard of our room. The Good: The service at this resort is exceptional, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A special shout-out must go to Shekina at breakfast—she was so warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a huge smile first thing in the morning and starting our days off right! The facilities are also fantastic, with so much to see and do around the resort. The Bad: Unfortunately, our room really let us down. It felt incredibly dated, the balcony had cracked tiles, and the sliding door lock was broken. To make matters worse, we had an ant infestation in the bathroom. The housekeeping was also disappointing, as the cleaners regularly forgot to replace our towels and restock the tea and coffee facilities. The Frustrating: We were placed just three doors away from ongoing construction work, which was noisy and highly disruptive. What made this harder to swallow was that our family, who flew out to join us a few days later, were placed in lovely, newly painted rooms far away from the noise. It’s a beautiful resort with amazing people, but for the price and expectation of a dream holiday, the room quality and lack of consistency was a major disappointment.
