    We wanted a good hotel, close to the station, easy to find, to drop the luggage and explore. This was achieved. 4 nights. Well located and reasonable short trips to the main sights. Good breakfast outside on the Grand Canal. Very, very clean; with friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants and bars Rooms not large (typically Venice size). ......would book again!

    Great access to teain

    We have stayed twice here. Not luxurious but welll kept and managed We like the easy access to the train with shirt walk amd no bridges. Rooms are normal size for venice. Very good breakfast buffet but constantly cool eggs and bacon We ate once each trip in the restaurant. Geared to brits or Americans. Simple food. Not gourmet Will stay again

    Great Location But Nothing to Rave About

    The only high light of this hotel is the location. It was only a 4 minute walk from the Train Station and all the other neighborhoods were all within a 20 minute walk. The lobby restaurant was decent but expensive. However, that is expected for a hotel restaurant. Besides that, there was nothing to rave about. The rooms are small, dated and need a serious renovation. Our room has peeling paint, chipped wood and mold along with window walls. The bed was uncomfortable, it buckled in toward the middle.

    Wonderful hotel

    Hotel was more than we hoped. Staff was amazing and no wait with our check in. They held our bags since we arrived early. The hotel is so close to train or airport bus . Rooms were super clean and views of the Grand Canal. Breakfast buffet very good. Many different item to eat. Buffet well stock and never had to wait for a table. The outdoor area was charming and non smoking. Will be returning for sure. We had a great time.

    Decent shout for price

    Great range of items for breakfast which we included, right on grand canal. We had hoped for a canal view so make sure to triple check that you are getting one prior to arrival. No water taxi service direct to hotel however we got the vaparetto to Guglie and it was a short walk over the bridge and easy to find from directions given by hotel. Great location to get to everything and right beside train station. Lovely bar and eateries joined on. Had expected slightly more from hotel before arrival but after being here and seeing other hotels this was a decent shout for the price. Beds biggest downfall in rooms, not comfortable and most were twin beds pushed together. Room cleaned each day and customer service at reception and breakfast fantastic
