  Girls Trip

  So I chose this hotel because it is a part of the Hyatt Hotel collection. This hotel had gorgeous and breathtaking resort grounds. The beach was well maintained and servers constantly walked around the beach to ensure we had what we needed. The entertainment was beyond exceptional! Thestaff really enhance the overall experience and made me feel right at home. I am definitely going to be coming back. The rooms are beautiful and the housekeeping team ensured our room was tidy. There are specific staff that enhanced our experience and they need a shout out. Thank you to “Kevin Hart”, “Hottie”, Alexander, Jose M, Erickson and “Espaghetti” for making this the best vacation.

  Girls Trip to Celebrate 50

  Took a trip to Breathless PC 2 weeks ago to celebrate my best friend's 50th birthday. There were 4 of us girls and we all had a fabulous time. I would recommend the Exhale Club because it takes your trip to the next level. When you belong to the Exhale Club you have a butler, premium alcoholic beverages, a private Exhale pool and several private Exhale lounges (with extra snacks & a bar tender). You also have access to a private restaurant for your breakfast and lunch. 100% worth it! We had a swim out pool room on the first floor in Building 2 and it was AMAZING. A cute little back porch/patio with our own jacuzzi tub, chairs and a private pool (shared only with your neighbors) which is so nice since the big pools, hot tubs & beach close early each night. If you are going you might as well have a room you will never want to leave. Room service is even 24/7! Our Butler Manuel reached out every day to see how he could assist us, Our cleaning guy Jose came in every day and cleaned our room, gave fresh towels, filled the snacks and made it such a wonderful experience. We even had turn down service in the pm and our bed was turned down (with flowers and chocolate), curtains closed and even a fresh set of towels in case we needed them. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the food, but we were very surprised and pleased. It is not the best food I have ever had, but it was very good and we were never hungry. The breakfast buffet has anything you could ever want and it is all very fresh! We visited the Hibachi (ask for a reservation the night you get there since it is the only one that takes reservations), The French restaurant, Italian, Mediterranean and had room service one night. Everything was really great, but I think I liked the French the best. We did not get a chance to try the Steak house. We hit the Barefoot Grill almost every day for lunch so we could grab fresh food and take it to the beach to eat in our swim suits at our leisure. There was always a line for the fresh and hot french fries that I am still craving. Also fresh warm tortilla chips and fresh guacamole. SO GOOD! The entertainment staff did such a great time keeping everyone active with classes on the beach (tried yoga) and in the pools every day and then entertainment at the pools and the beach every afternoon & night. They work their butts off! We were so impressed with their talent and their personalities. We took part in the neon party (bring neon clothes) and the white party (wear white clothes) and had so much fun. We did love that even though there was entertainment it calmed down fairly early (usually by 11/12pm) and there were not a lot of drunk people disturbing the peace at 2am. I felt the guests were every respectful and I appreciated that. Everyone said this was the "party" resort, but I felt like all walks of life fitted right in there. We did enjoy walking next door to Dreams Onyx, but were blown away by how many families were there (with LOTS of kids) so usually just stayed at Breathless were it was child free and a bit more calm. I do love the option to go to Onyx and use their facilities (lazy pool and water park) and restaurants if you so chose. Both resorts were so well taken care of. I also appreciated how safe I felt at both resorts. Guards on the beach that were very attentive to their jobs and keeping guests safe in the resort. I would recommend Breathless to all of my friends and would love to go back again. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable too! TIPS: Make sure you book a private transfer from the airport to the resort and back just to keep your trip safe and calm! Take along ones and fives/10's for tipping the bar staff, drivers, servers and anyone that helps you on a daily basis. It is not mandatory, but it is very much appreciated. Lastly...enjoy your time with someone else taking are of you! PS - We did not get a chance to try the spa

  Xhale upgrade worth it for us

  We upgraded to the Xhale club and found the added amenities worth the cost. Personal concierge, Gricelda made our stay extremely comfortable. She was able to communicate any of our requests to the appropriate staff member and all requests were dealt with quickly and without any disruption to our vacation. Room service for free was appreciated since we didn't like the individual pods set up in our room. We would order a pot of hot coffee delivered to our room every morning by ordering the night before and requesting delivery time. They were always on time and delivered hot coffee. Also as Xhale guests we had the ability to have breakfast and lunch a la carte. It was nice to get out of the sun and take a break with a sit down lunch. Room was always clean and the bed was super comfortable.

  Very nice beach and pools

  Very clean resort, the staff was very friendly, the memories were good, they were so many pools. They were never crowded, the beach was very spacious and the swimming was great.
