Wow! What a great resort. There's plenty of restaurant to choose from and they're all great. The drinks were made perfectly. Lots of great selection as well. I can't get over how good the good is even at the buffet. The xhale lounge tops it all. The customer service is impeccable and they truly make you feel special.

Beautiful resort with AMAZING food
Wow this was such a nice resort. 10/10 would 100% recommend. The food was Amazing! All the restaurants had such great food. Staff was very nice and made us feel at home. Never a dull moment. I will definitely be coming back

Apr 19, 2026Easter Weekend at Breathless Cancun Soul
My experience with World of Hyatt at Breathless Cancún Soul Resort & Spa was decent, but it did not deliver the level of luxury I expected. While the property itself is modern and visually appealing, the overall experience felt more average than elevated. The dining was a major disappointment—lacking flavor, creativity, and variety. For a resort positioned as upscale, the food should be a highlight, not something that feels repetitive and underwhelming. There were also gaps in communication, particularly around activity policies. Important details—such as activities being final once booked—were not clearly explained, which took away from the guest experience. In addition, the resort’s atmosphere was noticeably quiet, with limited entertainment and a lack of diverse music or nightlife options. It didn’t have the vibrant, high-energy feel typically associated with a luxury, adults-only resort. The early pool closure at 6 PM was another drawback. For a luxury experience, guests should be able to enjoy amenities into the evening—at least one pool remaining open later would make a significant difference. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, it lacked the elevated touches, energy, and quality—especially in dining—that truly define a luxury all-inclusive experience. There is strong potential, but it currently falls short of the standard the World of Hyatt brand suggests.

Great Mix of Relaxing and Lively!
My partner and I went in April for our first vacation together. We were a little worried after reading mixed reviews about the food/drinks but everything was fantastic!! The food variety was great, the taste and portion sizes were amazing. We read a review about the drinks being watered down and we actually found the opposite. The resort was beautiful, clean and just what we were looking for.

Exceptional service
This resort was absolutely amazing! The service and involvement of the staff was incredible!! Very clean resort. Even being an all inclusive I kept wanting to tip because we were just so impressed with the service we were given ALWAYS.
