First and foremost, there were significant delays with the in-room coffee service. Especially when it impacts scheduled plans such as your prebooked dinner. It took literally 1.30 minutes for a coffee 2nd instance there was a foreign object in our breakfast a plastic piece with omelet cooked which they fall well below their strict food safety standards. We deeply regret the discomfort and concern it caused. Then the elevator outage for 2 days it was so discomfort with only 1 elevator working and 100 of guests. Overall, the experience was bad, there was no accommodation provided from management

This was an excellent stay. The front desk, especially Jade was great at accommodating our special needs. Zizi was a very happy, pleasant person to talk to and assist. Ashlin at the concierge desk was helpful and informative. The food was good, but not always ready on time, especially the griller. Beware the staff in the buffet, Fray was wonderful, but others seem to spend a lot of time standing around talking instead of serving, at one point we had to get our drinks ourselves. Watch out for hostess Mary Jean, she will be all over you when you first arrive, and made a point of giving you the google app to leave her a good review, she will even insist you take a picture with her to post. When that is done she totally ignores you.
