It’s a beautiful country lots to offer but.. I wouldn’t stay with the same hotel again! I found that room service wouldn’t forget to replenish new towels or even toilet paper. Plus there was constantly garbage found all over the ledges of the hotel. Completely takes away all the amazing views that Mexico can offer.

Awesome location with snorkeling and the suite with the jacuzzi tub on the balcony was amazing. Views were truly great! and all the staff was great. Gloria was excellent!

Nice family resort
The location was awesome, not a far drive from the airport. The resort was very clean and had a variety of kid and adult friendly activities. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing everywhere. We only tried the Italian restaurant and it was really good, the buffets were also great with a lot of variety every day. We had an issue with the room key bracelets, my 10 year olds bracelet became frayed within a few hours of arrival after having a shower. We went to the front desk the next morning and there solution was to just cut the loose strings and of course it fell off by that afternoon.. they charged us 1740 peso ($144 CAD) to replace the bracelet despite trying to have it fixed just hours before this. The only other thing was our flight left later in the day and our airport transfer wasn’t coming for 2.5 hours after checkout, they wouldn’t allow us to use anything in the resort after checkout unless we paid 480 peso PER person! I’ve never had an all inclusive resort not allow you to atleast go to the buffet. Also was not an option to have a later checkout despite the resort seeming pretty empty.

Paradise
Spent a week at this wonderful resort. Best experience at an all inclusive resort we’ve ever had. Clean, friendly staff, great food, beautiful location! I can’t say I’d really recommend this resort for families with little kids. Although it is family friendly and has a kiddy pool with a few small slides, there isn’t much for little ones to do for more than a few days. The sand is quite hot and the waves and undertow is not really safe for little kids—they definitely cannot go unsupervised. Great for older teens and adults.
