We attended the pool with our children and, while swimming, had to remove rubbish floating in the pool, which was very concerning. Raised a number of concerns and checked out early due to condition and after 2 days no one had bothered to respond to my complaint email. Many discrepancies between what was advertised and what was provided. We booked a City View Deluxe Three Beds with Kitchen, however the room does not match the description or advertised amenities: Strong musty/mouldy smell in the bathroom, with visible black dirt or mould on window areas Balcony (lanai) is dirty with bird droppings Paint is flaking in shower Air conditioning is not functioning properly and does not appear to be cooling the room - uncleaned and mouldy Only two towels were provided for four guests, and we had to request additional towel Only one lift servicing 16 floors, resulting in lifts frequently passing by full We were only informed at check-in that rooms are serviced every three days, despite the website stating daily housekeeping Additionally, several advertised inclusions are missing or incorrect: No functional kitchen as described (no ready-to-use cooking facilities; items must be requested) No microwave despite being listed Room is not spacious as advertised The website states all rooms have stunning views of Waikiki; however, our view is of a dirty alleyway and the backs of surrounding building

The space was pretty small despite it saying for 4 people. One of the beds close to the balcony was literally sticked to the sliding door that we had to slide through to open it. The bathroom space was tiny and the shower as well was so small. One of the telephones dont work and the fan that they put in the closet DO NOT WORK!! We tried all the outlets in the room the fan still did not work. And built in fan/air vent i dont know if it was supposed to blow out hot air or something because we put it on high on full blast expecting to come to a chill room only to come to the room getting hotter. The view at the balcony was okay we can still see a bit of the city..

Terrible Hotel
Stay somewhere else. This is not a good hotel. People literally crying in the lobby and elevators because of their hotel room and stay.

Do not stay here EVER!
Everything about this stay was the worst experience of my life traveling. We checked into our hotel Sunday afternoon. Immediately we were told THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS DAILY. They would come every three days. By the time we checked out on Friday (6 days) our room hadn’t been cleaned once Not to mention the price you book is NOT what you are charged, because as soon as you arrive you learn about additional daily charges that they don’t advertise, as their “resort fees”. So the appeal of booking this place for a convenient price is a complete lie No new towels daily. And this is supposed to be a beach hotel. As we asked for towels we were constantly told they were out and would send us some. It didn’t happen. The suite, which I booked for my family because I thought it would have enough room although we didn’t intend on being in the room much, was smaller than a college dorm. Literally, no 2 people could walk at the same time, the bathroom is barely functional The amenities, completely throw expectations out the window. Baby fridge, no microwave but don’t worry, you have an archaic oven, though we’d all prefer a microwave! A/C you can’t control except off, hi, lo. Two lamps, but only one worked. Half the outlets were not functional and had no power. And oh yeah, the room phone doesn’t work and they KNOW it. How do I know that? Because when I tried to mention about contacting them for a late checkout but couldn’t reach them, I was told, “oh you mean by our phones? Why didn’t you use your cell phone, ours don’t work, or come to the front desk” The elevators didn’t work. And even learned from my wife she saw molding in the room, but elected not to say anything because had already become overwhelmed Choose a Motel 6 if you can
